Since 2011, I’ve worked with hundreds of students throughout Marin, San Francisco, and online—from students who feel discouraged and overwhelmed to high achievers preparing for college. Over time, I’ve learned that students make their greatest academic gains when they trust and genuinely enjoy working with their tutor.
My tutoring approach combines clear instruction with patience, consistency, and personalized support. I help students turn academic struggles into confidence, organization, lower stress, and stronger results—all in a way that feels good to them.
What began as helping a few classmates has grown into a career supporting students from middle school through college. I’ve supported individual students, siblings, and entire families through coursework, SAT & ACT prep, college applications, and college courses. Many former students still contact me years later to share updates or ask for guidance.

Education & Experience
After earning a near-perfect SAT score and graduating with honors from the University of Maryland with degrees in Statistics and Business, I began tutoring in 2011 with several highly regarded tutoring companies. My work gradually expanded from Math and English into comprehensive academic support for middle school, high school, and college students.
Breadth of Expertise
Today I support students across nearly every subject from middle school through college, including advanced math, AP courses, SAT and ACT preparation, executive functioning, college admissions essays, and academic coaching. My goal is not simply to improve grades, but to help students become more confident and independent learners.
Modern Learning
I also specialize in online tutoring. Interactive whiteboards, graphing tools, digital resources, and carefully selected AI tools can make complex ideas more visual and accessible. I use technology when it improves learning, while preserving the personal connection, accountability, and responsive teaching that make tutoring effective.
